3. Scheduling and Changes

For advisory engagements, you may request to defer an appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Deferral requests received within this window will be accommodated subject to availability.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Advisory Engagements

All fees are due upon confirmation of service. Should you cancel at least 72 hours before the appointment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior are not eligible for a refund due to resource planning. You may defer an appointment instead.

4.2 Educational Materials

For digital products, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of content has been accessed. Approved requests will be credited back within 5 business days. No refunds will be granted beyond this period due to digital delivery.

4.3 Merchandise

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Approved merchandise shipments will be processed and credits issued within 7 business days after we receive the items. Shipping costs for sending back items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

4.4 No-Refund Clause

Certain personalized advisory packages or limited edition items are final and cannot be refunded. This is due to the bespoke nature of service preparations and inventory constraints.

5. Liability and Dispute Resolution

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific offering. Any dispute shall be settled under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance.
